Optional email matching with Google
For a confirmed purchase, while this consent remains active, the email fingerprint may also be sent directly to Google Ads to improve purchase conversion matching. This is separate from the Google Analytics user-provided data event and does not create another purchase.
After your separate consent and enabling analytics and advertising measurement, we convert the email you enter in the booking form to a SHA-256 fingerprint and send it through Google Analytics’ user-provided data feature, including the linked Google Ads account. It associates your visits, including activity before and after sign-in, and improves conversion measurement and reporting. Hashing is not full anonymisation: Google may match the fingerprint with data it holds.
This feature does not send your name, phone, address or card details. Neither email nor its fingerprint is an ordinary reporting dimension. The option is unchecked by default; previous consent and the cookie acceptance button do not grant it. You can withdraw consent for future collection in cookie settings without affecting booking or payment. Withdrawal does not automatically delete previously transmitted data; contact us through the privacy policy to request deletion. Retention and processing follow the privacy policy and Google Analytics retention settings.

Advertising measurement with Meta
After a marketing choice in cookie settings that identifies Meta (Facebook and Instagram), we use Meta Pixel through Google Tag Manager to measure public-page visits, apartment views and advertising effectiveness. Meta may receive IP address, browser information, the public page URL and cookie or advertising-click identifiers, and match them with data it holds; this measurement is not fully anonymous.
We do not add email or its fingerprint, phone, name, address or payment data to these events. Google email-matching consent does not authorise sharing email with Meta. This bridge does not run on payment or private booking pages. Marketing choices saved before Meta was added do not activate it without a fresh choice. You can reject or withdraw consent for future collection in cookie settings without affecting booking; withdrawal does not automatically delete previously sent data.
