Luxury Smart Apartment B12 is one of the best property maintained very well by the host Mr. Saeed and his brother Mr. Ali. A non-smoking home was equipped with best neat & clean furniture & air conditions with necessary tools and toiletries. Smart TV with apple set top box ready to use with your subscription, if you have. Hot Plate cooking range, large refrigerator, oven N grill, dish washer, and washing machine with all types of cookware set. Entire home is automated with touch screen control panels in each room, kitchen, and bathrooms. Location is very safe and secure with basement personal parking lot. Within 5 min in car you can enjoy all the types of delicious food as it is very close to many of the nearby good restaurants. One of the best shisha lounge is also nearby. Fuel station with 24x7 grocery shop and auto service is very close at walking distance. Overall experience was really very pleasant homely and I would sure recommend this property to enjoy your trip with family.

شقة ذكية مكونة من ثلاث غرف وصالة في حي المونسية وقريبة من شارع تجاري فيه جميع الاحتياجات.كانت اقامة جميلة والشقة مرتبة ونظيفة ومطابقة للصور. وفيها جميع الاحتياجات الضرورية موفرها المالك.صاحب الشقة سعيد سريع الاستجابة ومهذب .تستاهل التجربة وانصح فيها . السعر كان شوي مرتفع عشان موسم الرياض . بارك الله فيك.

اشكر الاخ سعيد . شخص محترم جداً وصاحب أخلاق عاليه سريع الرد على الاستفسارات بكل رحابه صدر. اما الشقه ماشاءالله تبارك الله نضيفه جدا وواسعه الأثاث جديد ومريح وديكورات فخمه تحكم سمارت الصراحه ١٠/١٠ قليله بحقه . من افظل الشقق اللي سكنت فيها . الله يبارك لصاحبه . وشكرا أخ سعيد مره أخرى 🤝
