المكان جديد ونظيف ومتوفر فيه كل شي اثاث راقي وفخم وموقعه الشقه جميل كل شي حولك واشكر صاحب المكان ع التعاون وتسهيل كل الامور 👍

Positive: This three-bedroom apartment in East Riyadh is an absolute gem! It's impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and boasts a sleek modern style that exceeds expectations. The smart features are both impressive and incredibly convenient, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. My daughter was absolutely thrilled with the charming decor—it added such a warm, inviting feel to the space. To top it all off, the owner went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, which was such a lovely and personal touch. Truly an outstanding experience—highly recommended! Alhamdulillah, we couldn’t have asked for more.
Negative: Absolutely nothing.

its really amazing smart flat , staying inside is really joyful. and its very near to restaurants.
Positive: its one of the best apartments i saw , the owner made it so luxurious and 100% Smart , everything is touch even the main door lock.
Negative: maintenance people came during our stay which was not convenient to us.
